Tebow Sucks! (and not in the good way)

So Tim Tebow has become involved with Focus on the Family, a notoriously anti-gay group, as reported in here on Outsports.  Tebow has cut an ad for the group, while apparently not a specifically anti-gay ad, he is definitely involved with this highly political organization, which definitely SUCKS.  I'm toying with the idea of removing my Tebow posts, but I'd be interested to hear you guys' ideas and reactions.  Leave a comment or email me.

Stay strapped.

  1. Get rid of his pics.
I do not want to see him, even if he does wear a jock.
    So, no more Tebow!

  2. I was a huge fan of his. This has changed my mind about him. I still think he is a great player. I have heard about how christanity, which I think is great. But keep your personal life outside of the game. I don't care if you leave him up or take him down.

  3. I think his posts should be removed. Why should we as men admire someone's outside beauty of a body when inside he cleary has issues with men that are "different" from him. This is just a clear case of being a HYPOCRIC. He wears a black jockstrap so it can clearly be seen by other men, but then supports the "traditional values" initiatives and anti-gay legislation. OFF WITH HIS JOCK!!! SanDiego Latin Cutee.

  4. What better way to get our revenge/show him we are able to look past his shortcomings than by lusting after him? And I'm a Vol can too!

  5. Just because the guy is cute, throws a ball, has a nice ass, frames that ass with a jock strap, and wears pants so tight you can see the jockstrap through them doesn't mean he's a person worth paying any attention to. There are thousands of hot guys that fit that same description that probably DO deserve to catch the eye of guys like us.

  6. I don't know if you should remove all previous Tebow posts but I wouldn't post anymore. Personally, I think that Tebow is just following along a path that others think would be best for him, but nonetheless, he has a choice as to how he acts.

  8. I wouldn't remove any previous posts, but just wouldn't post any new one's with him. It will be interesting to really see what his message will be about while "working" with Focus on the Family. I also think that he's partly doing this because it's what is "expected" of him to do.

  9. Well, I guess taking him off here might at least avoid scaring him off wearing a jockstrap. And that's the last thing we would want!
We have a saying here in the UK, "People despise most in others what they fear most in themselves". Wouldn't surprise me at all if Tebow isn't 'troubled' with gay thoughts.

  10. I think that it's over reacting to say that just because he is willing to support something that you don't believe in, you should banish him completely from your lives. Whether you believe in his views or not, he should at least be respected for having the balls (and the ass) to stick by what he believes in and advocate it, rather than simply fade into the crowd when challenged.

Have any of you actually asked WHY he might believe in what he does? Have any of you actually tried to hear his point of view and considered the reason and fallacies behind it? Since the commercial has yet to come out, I get that's a "no." Maybe he actually has a good point that he's trying to make. Maybe it is nothing but hate speech. What right do you have to judge him before you've even tried to make the attempt to understand him?

As for those who believe that just because he's an influential figure he should keep his mouth shut, how do you justify politian's stating their views? People are sheep. If it wasn't for an influential figure directing us around, our society would never get anywhere. His image is tied into televised football, so of course that's going to be the natural way that he can try to communicate with others. Maybe he should use it, maybe he shouldn't, but unfortunately for him, everything he does is going to get televised anyways, so why not do it for something that he believes is positive?

Whether I'm going to agree with his message or not doesn't change the fact that he has a right to it and, in a capitalistic society, has a right to be able to purchase air time on tv to say it so long as it is not slanderous or used to incite a riot.

The simple fact is that this blog site is supposed to be about hot guys in jockstraps. Whether they're dicks in real life or not shouldn't have any baring on whether they should be posted or not. And besides, when you get down to it, I'm going to jack off to the picture either way.

Plus, think about this: If he really is anti-gay, what better way to humiliate him than to let him know that gay guys nationwide beat it to him every time he does what he loves and walks out on the football field?
